“Mike” McCallum has been serving the greater Sacramento area as an Attorney for over 27 years. Mike received his Juris Doctorate from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1993.  Prior to that Mike graduated from Long Beach State where he graduated with a major in Political Science (and was a member of the honor society) and a minor in Psychology.

Mike has represented thousands of clients in various capacities.  He has represented clients in superior Court, the California Court of Appeal, and  before various Administrative Tribunals.  Mike has spoken at conferences to other attorneys and presented workshops on a variety of legal issues.

Mike concentrates on the following practice areas:

• Family law,
• Estate planning
• Teachers and Educator representation
• Public employee retirement and disability representation.

Mike’s hobbies include golf, rooting on his favorite sports teams, and spending time with family and friends.

“Boris” graduated from MTI College in Sacramento, obtaining his associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies and currently attends Sacramento State where he is working on his Bachelor’s degree in English. After graduation Boris hopes to attend Law School and earn his J.D. He enjoys gaming, hiking, and is a snowboard enthusiast.
Boris joined the Law Office of Michael N. McCallum, p.c. in September of 2021. Boris is a legal assistant / paralegal, who frequently can be found helping with family law matters as well as estate planning and other matters as needed.
